Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 10 day returns/exchange policy for your peace of mind.

All returns or exchanges must be sent back to us within 10 days of delivery, unused, complete with tags and original packaging. Please also include the order number/delivery note to help us identify your order.

Please email us at:

Listing your name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Then please post the items back to us within 10 days, including your name, order number and reason for return inside the package.

Items must be sent back in perfect condition ā€“ unworn, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.

Initial cost of p&p will be deducted from the refund.

Returns sent back to us after the 10 day period, may be subject to a restocking fee.

No refunds or exchanges on sale items.

We cannot cover the cost of lost or damaged items returned to us, we recommend using tracked delivery and request proof of postage should anything go wrong. Please note that delivery costs are not refunded.

Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed.

Refunds will be processed to original payment method.
