As a small sustainable conscious brand, our aim is to provide you with as much help as possible before you make a purchase, in order to encourage mindful shopping & minimise returns.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your items, provided we get them back within 14 days of the date of shipment and they are in perfect original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging intact.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders with free shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS PROCESS

We will send instructions on where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Next, download our returns slip and include it with your item when returning – RETURNS SLIP
If you are unable to print this slip just include the following details on your delivery note: your name, order number, item you wish to return, and reason for return.
To enable us to accept your return, we need all the information above to find your order and refund it. Without these details we will not be able to process your return for you.
Next, post your goods back to us in an unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags within 14 days of the date on your shipping confirmation email. We would appreciate your care and attention in carefully folding the item when sending it back to us.
In the case of returning an item from outside the UK, you will need to include a detailed invoice clearly stating that the item/s are "returning to the country of origin" and therefore not subject to import tax and duties. This should be marked on the airway bill as well. We cannot be held liable for any charges incurred due to incorrect shipping and any costs that we incur will be deducted from the amount due to for a refund.
Unfortunately any items returned that have been worn, soiled or are outside this 14-day period cannot be refunded.
All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded/tracked service. We are not able to take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive.
We will process your return and if it meets the guidelines above, we’ll process your refund to the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please allow us a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed, this allows us time to receive your item back, check it, re-process it into our inventory and carry out the admin involved in refunding you. Please note that delivery costs are not refunded.
RETURNS ADDRESS
Our returns shipping address has changed, you will be sent details once your return request has been authorised. Please wait until you receive this confirmation before sending any returns to us.

We will send you the correct returns address in reply to your email.
DO NOT search online for our return address – always get in touch with us so we can provide you with the correct returns address.
We are not able to refund parcels which are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address.
Please note: Our studio address is NOT the same as our returns address.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as face masks, boxer shorts etc.)
We do not issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
At this point in time we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and place a separate order for the item you want.
